Courtney Houser

If you’ve spent any time around Courtney, you already know she never meets a stranger. She has a genuine love for people, and that’s exactly why she’s been such a great fit in real estate over the past seven years.

Before getting into real estate, Courtney spent 12 years as a Surgical Technologist in the operating room and another 3½ years with State Employees’ Credit Union. Those experiences helped shape the attention to detail, compassion, and professionalism that her clients have come to know and appreciate.

For Courtney, real estate has never been about transactions. It’s about building relationships, earning trust, and walking alongside people through one of life’s biggest decisions. Her clients know they can count on her long after the closing table.

When she’s not showing homes or negotiating contracts, you’ll probably find her spending time with her husband, their four children, and now soaking up every minute she can with her one-year-old grandbaby. Family is at the center of everything she does, and it shows in the way she serves her clients.

Courtney is also an active member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church and loves being involved with her church family.
