Charles spent 25 years doing electrical and mechanical work at Duke Energy and has hands-on experience in property management. Paired with his knowledge of Rutherford County and the surrounding areas, that background gives him a practical perspective as he helps clients navigate buying or selling.

His goal is simple: understand what his clients want to accomplish, look out for their best interests, and be someone they can reach when they need guidance. Whether someone is searching for a home or making plans for their next chapter, Charles enjoys helping them move forward. The best part for him is seeing their excitement when it all comes together.

Away from real estate, Charles raises cattle and enjoys working outdoors. He and his wife, Melissa, are involved in church activities and community committee work. Family time often includes a trip to the mountains or the beach, and he’s always up for some deep-sea fishing.

He’s also good with numbers and knows his way around just about every cut of beef. So whether the conversation turns to property, farming, or what belongs on the grill, Charles has something to contribute!
