About Tricia
A native of North Carolina, Tricia Boston was born in Wilson and raised on the Outer Banks with deep family roots in Eastern NC. She graduated with Honors from East Carolina University and moved back to Dare County after a brief residency in VA. There she enjoyed life on a sandbar as she calls it, raising three lovely girls and working as a bookkeeper/homemaker.
In 2001 Tricia began working as a selections coordinator for a custom home builder and was instantly hooked on the field of residential construction. It was no surprise to her family given the heritage of a great-grandfather & grandfather who had both been contractors plus a father who was a contractor/realtor combo. Her career expanded to various roles in the industry including the design & sales of kitchen and bath remodels.
Nine years ago Tricia and her husband Bill decided it was time for a new adventure and circumstances led them to Rutherford County. They fell in love with the natural beauty and temperate climate of the area and were drawn to the peaceful, more agrarian lifestyle. They remodeled and then sold their first home here to accomplish their dream of building their own home and establishing their homestead.
Tricia decided to pursue her real estate license in what seemed a natural progression of her career. Shortly after becoming an agent, she focused on residential listings as a listing coordinator and served in that role for 6 years. As an agent with an administrative mindset, she is keen to details and diligent with the processes involved in any real estate transaction. Her knowledge of construction and remodeling is invaluable whether you’re a buyer investigating a property or a seller prepping to sell your home. She considers herself an advocate for every individual she works with and commits to give it her all.
